No Monitor IDs found for the process

I’m running 9.9 with all available fixes through UpdateManager. I have 3 client KPIs defined through BPM development and they reflect in Optimize but whenever an instance of the BPM is run, it shows up in ProcessInstances but if I select the KPI icon i get “No Monitor IDs found for the process”…

Open to any sensible suggestions as what the cause might be.

Also the processAnalytics doesn’t recognise any instances have run yet I cannot find any errors anywhere?

Darin,
Can you make sure homepage of WmPRT package of your IS has Optimize URL set? Do you see Optimize Logging in green in WmPRT homepage?
