No matches found in portal for existing users

Hi all,

We are having an issue on the myWebmethods portal (version 6.5 service pack 2) that existing users are no longer getting the business processes which they are authorized for in the Business Monitoring they only get “no match found”. If I log on using the Administrator account I can see all the processes, so it looks like set up and database connections are ok.

I tried deleting and creating a role again, the processes were added to that role but still no luck. I have checked ACL’s and AD-groups, everything looks ok and no changes have been made to this.

Can someone give me a direction where to look?

BTW, (virtual) servers were moved to a different location recently but it worked after that move so I don’t think it has anything to do with that, just giving you all the details that might be of interest.
