Under the condition that the program is only to transform flat file to Oracle DB back and forth, should Oracle Adapter be needed? If so, where should I install? webMethods Integration Server for sure? How about Oracle DB?

Hi,If you connect to Oracle database,I think you may use Oracle application adapter,I have tested it to insert and query Oracle,I feel it is very good.You can download from webMethods website and then install it to your IS by its install guide.This is only a little experience.Good luck for you.
