If I perform a search in Monitoring–>Integration–>B2B–>Transactions and then want to customise the columns that are selected from and displayed, everythuing works fine and I get this screen attached (Transactions.PNG).
However when a different user tries this, nothing happens, they hit the drop down menu at the top right of the portlet, choose properties and they just see the previous results. This used to work fine for her. It’s not the first time I’ve seen strange behaviour when a user customises the search result columns of transaction searches
Is there some way to reset a user’s MWS profile so things are back to normal?
