I have developed a process and a couple of task in wM 7.0 with Designer. Now I want to import this process into wM 7.1.

When you are exporting please ensure that you have selected the Overwrite exising files without warning and Create Directory structure for files and the zip archive for the process you are trying to export. As i just tried it and it seems to be working fine for me.
