McAfee scan locking up TN database (wM 8.2).

wM IS restart is required on almost a weekly basis (same day/timeframe each week). Issues begin occurring like Unknown sender/receiver, inability to retrieve TPA data, and sessions hanging up. We think the McAfee scan is causing the database to “lock up” as the issues coincide with the scan. Production environment is primarily supporting AS2 data exchange and is running in a cluster with external partners submitting to URL which is a load balancer forwarding to wM IS. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Did you take thread dump at the time when issue is happening and analyse the thread dump

No we have taken the thread dumps. I think the next scan will run on Thursday. We will give it a try then. Thanks for your advice.
