How many IS can join in a wm 7.1 Clustering? Is there any documents?

Assuming you’re referring to Integration Server, it is unlimited, though there will be a practical limit depending upon the hardware, network and traffic.

I think the “practical” limit is no more than 4 in 6.x, due to well known problems with the repo. The repo was replaced in 71 (by Tangosol, I believe), so this may have improved the horizontal scalability.
