Major likes and dislikes of wm suite?

Dear User Group,

As a major vendor of our current integration suite has discontinued our current integration platform i am currently searching for an alternative. since all vendors only give you the very best impressions and are never honest what the disadvantages of their specific suite is i ask you for help.

So can you tell me 5 things you like best and 5 things you really dont like about wm integration suite?
