fellas,
Im new here and need some help. I have been getting this issues [LGU.0002.0001E] Error getting broker log length: The connection is closed.

2015-09-15 11:55:17 SGT [ISS.0099.0006E] Unable to disconnect Broker Transport. Exception: com.wm.app.b2b.server.dispatcher.exceptions.TransportException: The connection is closed.

Has anyone encountered this? and how did u resolve this.

Ive never had this issue before. and now even if restart the instance or the broker instance, i still get this issue.
I already checked and verify that my Broker instance is up and running. yet still getting this error.

Hi Vla,

please check your Broker config under Settings → Messaging.

Remember to restart the IS immediately after making changes here otherwise they get lost.

Additionally can you check for Package WmLogUtil (via the home icon) under Packages → Management, if there are any issues.

BTW:
Which version of wM are you using?

In addition to above you may also disable WmLogUtil if you are not using it.
