Is there a difference or a change in Large document handling from 6.0.1 to 6.1 and 6.5.

Between 6.01 and 6.1 not that I noticed.
6.5 is all but 7 days old and I haven’t even downloaded it yet.
TN for 6.5 does not seem to be available yet according to the post here on wmusers.
