JDBC driver for SQL to use Windows authentication mode

Below is the jdbc driver settings for our mashzone which is connecting to SQL on the same server. I believe below settings are with SQL authentication mode and I was asked to use a different user id with Windows Authentication mode. Can somebody advise what would be required to change in the below settings? Is there any other settings we need to change
