It seems some SQL statements are getting “hard parsed” per execution. A trace file shows the number of execution is equal to the number of hard parses.
Any ideas?

The integration is selecting and inserting mutiple records during a single activation (sub).
Using the out of the box Configured Operations.
JDBC Adapter 4.6 on IBM AIX
Oracle 9i on IBM AIX.
