The service performs the work of saving the document to Local directory. Which the filename is given to it as a variable, it ends up in the error :

java.lang.ClassCastException: com.wm.data.ISMemDataImpl

any help or earlier experience on similar issue?

memory issue …Cache the service or flush old memory usage with server restart

Hi,

Its a common java error.

you can get more details at http://stackoverflow.com/questions/907360/can-someone-explain-classcastexception-in-java

or post the java code here. I will try to solve it.

Thanks for reviving this old topic… But, it was in 2011, and I might have got the answer next day through some work on it.

This was probably not even asked in TechCommunity and was WMuser question

Even then, thanks a lot for taking time to respond over.

Regards,

Pankaj Bhatt
