Is there any service/custom for attaching a WSDL from designer on an existing centasite asset?

Hi,
We are trying to create an utility which will create a provider descriptor on the IS and attach the WSDL url on an existing centrasite asset.
Is there any built-in service for attaching a WSDL on an existing centrasite asset, or are there any available jars using which we can write our custom java code to implement the same?

Any help would be highly appreciated.
