IS service delay while referring to EJB Adapter Service with Developer

Hello.

One of our customer of webMethods 6.5 had the following problem.
While an EJB Adapter Service is very busy, they referred to the details of the service (unlocked status) with Developer.
But Developer hung up and only 4 transactions of the service were done after 10 minutes.
(It is normally done within 1 second.)

  1. Referring to the details of the EJB Adapter Service with Developer is the cause of the service delay?
  2. Are there other operation of Developer(Designer)/IS Administrator/MWS, etc. which bring the similar problem for IS?
  3. Could you tell the story that the 4 transactions of the service were done after 10 minutes.

what is the exact version and FixLevel of the EJBAdapter?

Were there any other documents being processed by this time?

The customer did not process any other document.
