IS not connecting with Terracotta on initial startup

Hi,

I am trying to cluster two IS’s v9.12 with terracotta 4.3
TSA stripe started without any issues.
After configuring clustering details in IS , restarted IS in rolling fashion.
But we are not able to connect with the TSA’s and getting below error:

2018-02-08 12:30:10 GMT [ISS.0017.0001E] An error was encountered parsing SoftwareAG-IS-ART.xml: net.sf.ehcache.CacheException: Unable to load class net.sf.ehcache.terracotta.ExpressEnterpriseTerracottaClusteredInstanceFactory. Initial cause was org.terracotta.toolkit.ToolkitInstantiationException: java.lang.RuntimeException: Unable to create toolkit.
08.02.18 12:31:30.520 [WARN] | We couldn’t load configuration data from the server at ‘10.x.x.x:9510’; this error is temporary, so this source will be retried later if configuration can’t be loaded elsewhere. Skipping this source and going to the next one. (Error: Connection refused.)

To correct this problem specify a valid configuration location using the -f/–config command-line options.

Hi,

Looks like your tc-config.xml file is having issue.

Can you pls verify if you have same tc-config.xml file in both node ? If possible, pls attach here from both node.

I guess the error "Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: org.terracotta.toolkit.ToolkitInstantiationException: java.lang.RuntimeException: Unable to create toolkit. " is due to license key

Make sure the license keys are copied to \SoftwareAG\common\conf
