IS is running on both Diagnostic port and Primary port

Will server be always up on diagnostic port?
suppose diagnostic port is 5556, primary port is 5555
i could see IS console on both the ports

Hi Sai,

yes, this is correct so far.
Please note that both ports have different services in their allowed services list.
Primary port does usually allow for all services when the user is in the appropriate ACL where as the Diagnostics port only allow some few services required for taking the diagnostics data for support.
