IS Clustering with Teracotta

Hi,

We are planing to migrate to WebM 9.

We don’t have any past experience with Terracotta which is the only option for IS clustering in webM9.

Are there any Best Practices to setup Terracotta server array for IS clustering ?

Can we have terracotta server running on same servers where Integration Servers are running ?

Thanks …

Not dealt with wM9/Teracotta setup yet.

Can we have terracotta server running on same servers where Integration Servers are running ? -->YES you can why not…Just make sure you have enough memory/enough disk space to run on the concern OS.

Hi ,

Terracotta server requires high configuration on the server like 4-8 GB memory and 4 CPU as per System Requirements.

So is it possible to have shared terracotta server which will be used by multiple IS clusters ? Or we need to have TerraCotta cluster for each IS cluster ?

Thanks,
Prashant

So is it possible to have shared terracotta server which will be used by multiple IS clusters ? → YES one TS can handle multiple clusters as far I know.
