IoT device is no longer able to connect to Cumulocity cloud

Hi support,

My IoT device known as Tixi Wand.Box with serial no 04241245 cannot connect to cloud since 2019/06/26, 07:26:00.
There was no change in configuration and network infrastructure.
What can be the reason?

since 28.06.2019, 09:00 there is no problem connecting and sending data to Cumulocity cloud.
