IoT device in airmatics not online after de-activation period

Hi,
device was online in c8y (Cumulocity), I de-activated the device for 10 minutes, but after re-activation, it doesn’t become online again in c8y.

Are you using CloudStreams Cumulocity connector or the CloudStreams Streaming functionality? Can you elaborate your use case a little more.
