i wanna know how can i send fake measurements to my dummy device using rest in c# using .netCore framework. and secondly how can we create our dashboard in cumulocity.

have you checked out our REST implementation guide (https://cumulocity.com/guides/reference/openapi/)? With that and Postman as a tool, you should be able to create fake measurements.
