through http invoke, remote invoke, using a trigger, processing rule from TN and from a process model (again a trigger).

There are several more. I’m not sure I understand the goal of the question.
Someone asked me the same question (how many ways can we invoke a service in webMethods) in an interview not long time ago and i had the same question that Rob you were asking
