webMethods CloudStreams Provider for IBM Watson Tone Analyzer contains predefined CloudStreams connectors that you use to connect to IBM Watson Tone Analyzer. Using webMethods CloudStreams, you can configure the CloudStreams IBM Watson Tone Analyzer connector for linguistic analysis features provided by IBM Watson Tone Analyzer.You can use the Application to learn the tone of your customer’s communications and to respond to each customer appropriately, or to understand and improve customer conversations.

The indicated CloudStreams provider version is also supported on higher versions of the CloudStreams Server. For example, a 9.6 provider version is forward compatible with CloudStreams version 9.7, 9.8, and so on. It is recommended to update to a higher provider version, when available.
