I cannot change my password
The password change requires confirmation – shortly after you submit your request you will receive an email from Software AG VIP Pass with subject New password activation requesting you to confirm the change. Please make sure you follow step 1) i.e. Confirm the password change by clicking on the link….
If you have not received the email containing the activation link, please check your mail account Bulk/Spam folder as your filter may have placed the mail there.
If you have received the message, but still you are not able to change the password please make sure you have selected the whole link (as sometimes it might appear split into two separate lines)
