I am unable to use the streaming analytics services

I used to create a streaming analytics model for a customer, but after not visiting those models for a month, I attempted to use it again to add another model. However, I am unable to use it due to an error that seems to be specific to the subtenant. I have verified that the main tenant, the enterprise tenant, is functioning properly. Still, I need to create this model for the customer tenant as the device is registered there and the data is received there.

It looks like it is running out of memory since the log shows ‘exit code 137’.
It then tries to restart, but gets same problem and so on.

We could add a bigger Apama, but the question is are you contractually entitled to it, or have you reached the limit of what you are allowed?
