How we can perform communication between tenant in Cumulocity

I have created sub tenant for each client now from super tenant I want to manage all the data of my sub tenant.

I required help to achieve this task.

so short of example or some study material I required to achieve this.

we have 3 tenant levels in Cumulocity, see:
https://cumulocity.com/guides/concepts/tenant-hierarchy/

1. platform level – management tenant
2. subtenant 2nd level – enterprise tenant
3. subtenant 3rd level – standard tenant

On level 1 you can:

• create level 2 tenants
• add, change and remove properties for level 2 and 3 subtenants
• add, change and remove applications for level 2 and 3 subtenants
• suspend and delete level 2 and 3 subtenants
• create statistics for level 2 and 3 subtenants

On level 2 you can:

• create level 3 tenants
• add, change and remove properties for level 3 subtenants
• add, change and remove applications for level 3 subtenants
• suspend level 3 subtenants
• create statistics for level 3 subtenants

All other functionalities and management tasks must be done within a tenant itself.
With a support user from level 1 you can access level 2 and 3 tenants, if support user access in the tenant itself is activated. With it you can do managing activities in a subtenant, as e.g. create users.
