How to show/hide a portlet on Monitor page based on the user role?

Hello,

we’d like to customize the process instance details page of the Monitor so that the portlet “Activity Logs” is displayed for the members of the MWS role RoleA and is hidden for all other users.

Is it possible to do this via some rules (like skins and shells)? Or is there some other way?

Hi,

this should be possible by using the “Permissions Management” UI in MWS Admin UI.

See MWS Administrators Guide for details.
