How to kill Business Process which is unresponsive

Hi All,
please can any one help how to kill business processes which is running unresonsive, am using webMethods 8.0.1

You can suspend the process model from monitor (MWS business process trasaciton page).

alternatively use wm.admin.changeprocessStatus service and provide the running instance ID choose status to suspend, fail (watever u want) …

Note:

a.) Try to find out the reason why your process is getting into unresponsive state, may be you need to tweak your implemented services logic to remove the identified area.
b.) Assign the timeout value to your process (at process level) so that if process is running for more than that interval, it should be timed out.

i didnot get how to suspend process model from monitor, there is no suspend option in monitor.

i got it from the Navigate > Applications > Monitoring > Business >

Process Instances > Process Instance Detail page
