Anyone have any initial thoughts about Glue 6? WS-Security? SOAP w/ attachments?

I’m looking forward to WS-Security support for SOAP processing on the Integration Server proper.

We got a trial version and here are some downfalls:

  • Its not integrated with IS 6.1. WM claims the SOAP stack will be included in the next release of the IS
  • No support for SOAP Document literal encoding, only RPC.
  • The eclipse plug-in is bugy and not very stable.
  • The trail version does not have all features to test such as SOAP 1.2 and WS-Security.
