Getting error in Quickbooks

I got this error while adding an item in Quickbooks: 2500: [Invalid Reference ID, Invalid Reference ID: Something you’re trying to use has been made inactive. Check the fields with accounts, customers, items, vendors or employees].

This error occurs when either the account, customer, item, vendor, department (class) or the bill you are trying to sync with, has been deleted from your QuickBooks Online account, and thus the server cannot locate the specified field. Please confirm if the vendor and any accounts, customers, items, or departments listed in the bill still exist or not.
