My first license key expired on January 8, 2002. I filled out the form again (twice I think) but have not received a new license key. Any suggestions please as to what I should do???

I was reading through the other posts and saw a similar question and also a reply to that question. I have sent in a request to the Tamino Support people. Thank you for the help.
