Trying to add “Add Forward Document Types” for sharing of documents between Gateways. But getting the below mentioned error:
Error: Cannot add the new document types. Error: Cannot set the event types that are shared across the specified gateway for territory
Can you please help me through it.
I feel as though I’ve seen this if the document definitions are not the same on both brokers. In MWS go to Applications => Administration => Messaging => Broker Servers => Document Types. Look at the Info Sets for document on each broker and make sure they are in sync.
Yes please make sure the docs/infosets are in sync on the Broker server the path mentioned above.
