I has received a webMethods error report, which is as follows:

1.Access the IS Administrator. [omitted]
2.Check the serverlog and errorlog.
3.Probe the network and database.
4.Fix the issue.

I also check the sever log on the integration server. The following logs exist:

[11]2009-10-13 13:49:49 GMT+08:00 [ISS.0053.0002C] Access denied for user Administrator on port 5555 → ‘WmRoot/index.dsp’ from [IS’s IP omitted].
[10]2009-10-13 12:34:50 GMT+08:00 [ISS.0098.0078E] Dispatcher out of memory. Operation failed. Check error log.

Can anyone tell me why this happened and how to fix it?

Any prompt response will be greatly appreciated.

Best regards,
Vroom

Hi,

First delete the dump files which are created at Integration server level…then open administrator using diagnostic port 9999 or whatever you r using …give administrator/ manage…go to ports, check the default port 5555, ip access and access modes…please change it to allow by default…i hope it will work out…coming to dumps please check the server logs…which service causing the dumps and do ur further investigation…

vroom,

Try increasing the Store settings on the Resources tab on the IS Admin page.

Cheers,
Akshith
