Few IS pages are not displaying

I have created new IS instance (9.8) and am not able to see the screens for the below tabs, Showing blank screen.

  • About Tab
  • Proxy Server tab

Below services are throwing errors in service logs.
wm.server.query:getSecurityProviders
wm.server.query:getSettings

Any idea/suggestion on this.

For me error does not provide more details. However you can try the below steps

1> Start the Integration Server instance by running the startup.bat/sh file located in the Software AG_directory \profiles\IS_instance_name \bin directory.
2> If you do not have problems on other instance I would say delete and create the faulty instance again.

Still same. Below services are returning null as error message.

wm.server.query:getSecurityProviders
wm.server.query:getSettings

This seems to be bug in 9.8. It’s resolved by doing over installation of the core fix.

I had similar issue, which is fixed by below steps.

Correcting the homeDir parameter and restarting IS resolve the issue.
Example:
watt.server.homeDir=C:\SoftwareAG_10.1\IntegrationServer\instances\default
