Error during startup service

Hi Team,
i am getting the errors while during the start up service like

Error registering universal name Interface_Control_DataRef#[url]http://ns.hr-xml.org/2007-04[/url]
Error registering universal name AdditionalDataTypeRef#[url]http://ns.hr-xml.org/2007-04-15[/url]
Error registering universal name EntityIdTypeRef#[url]http://ns.hr-xml.org/2007-04-15[/url],

                       waiting for your replies.

Hi

The wsdl that you have to generate the docType didnt generated the schema or the schema generated didnt had the proper name space defination.
