We are using 8.2 webMethods enterprise environment, and one of the broker server we are using couldn’t somehow find its server.log though the service/document flow is working (Error: Cannot get the server log for Broker server “public_brk1.apis.dhl.com:7849”) does anybody has an idea where to start the troubleshooting?
Are you looking for the pointers to start the broker server?
The Broker and its Broker server is up and running and there couldnt seems to have any issues rather than when going to Broker Server Details > Server Log tab it displays "Error: Cannot get the server log for Broker server “public_brk1.apis.dhl.com:7849” any idea?
Read the chapter Controlling Server Logging from MWS Administrator guide.
FYI: Server log files reside in the /webMethods_install_dir/MWS/server/server_instance/logs directory.
Let me know once you find the fix.
