EPL apps are not compiling

I am trying to log all incoming event through EPL apps however i am not able to compile the program

please find below attached image

it always flags error on ‘On All’ even when i am taking all reference from Cumulocity help

kindly advice how to fix the issue

Have you installed all the latest fixes for the products and systems you are using?

The listener is not within an action. You need to put inside an action, such as the onload() action immediately above it.
