Empty Assignments and Tasks tabs in Workflow Monitor

I am using webMethods v6.0.1 (v6.0.1.1.9) with an Oracle database. The Workflow Monitor tool (not WmMonitor) only contains workflow entries. The Assignments and Tasks tabs are empty. Does anyone know what’s going on? I have checked advantage.webmethods.com for updates or fixes but couldn’t find anything addressing this problem.

It turns out that all I needed to do was rerun the workflow configurator making sure to select ‘Update Document Types’. I’m not sure why this fixed the problem but it did.
