Does Cumulocity allow partial creation?

Detailed explanation of the problem:

Hi, I want to understand if I create bulk measurements with cumulocity API, is there a possibility where cumulocity will do partical creation of data if there is any error with one of the measurement payloads that I have given in the request. Like for example, source id might be incorrect or timestamp is not in UTC etc. So will it fail for all the records or will it create for some and fail for others in case of any error.

Validation for the entire batch is done first. Only if all of it passes validation, measurements are stored.

There is no partial processing. Either the complete batch is stored or nothing.
