Cumulocity Thick Edge Start issue

Dear Team,
One prospect can’t start Cumulocity edge after VM reboot.
After check the error.log of ‘cumulocity-core-karaf’, I think the issue is due to k8s can’t kickoff.

I have review the resource[CPU, RAM] of vm , all is fine.

The error info like below .

@Weihan.Chen Could you please ask the customer to share the diagnostic report?

How to gen the ‘diagnostic report’ ? the website can’t be access .
the attachment is error.log from C8y core.
edge_c8y_error_log_2022-07-11.log (8.7 MB)

Diagnostic report can be generated by running commands on the Edge VM: Diagnostics and support - Cumulocity IoT Guides. I’m guessing the version in use is 10.11. Otherwise, please choose appropriate version in the documentation.

Thanks, I have email your suggestion to gen the diagnostic report.
But we need wait for days, because they are running with the backup version for the VM now.
The customer share with us that, the issue version of Edge is with ML service .
