Cumulocity Error - Full Authentication is required to access this resource

I’m getting the following error when logging into Cumulocity through SoftwareAG.


It was working fine yesterday but now I am unable to view my alarms and data explorer is not working.

How can I fix this?

It seems to be working again now. Not sure what changed?

Without complete URL I’m not able to detect if it is an environment operated by Software AG.
So I cannot clarify the cause )-:
