Hi all,

in the IS (7.1.2) server log we have raised following message:

Could not save session ‘’ to the session cache. Failed to insert cache entry at key.

Could you please explain what caused this message or from where it could comes from?

Hi!
An old post but I figured the error is still relevant to other users.

This message is sent out repeatedly when a cluster node tries to store/sync the session object in the common session cache. Make sure the remote server alias are configured correctly.
