Connectivity problems with the broker (Default Producer encountered Transport Exception)

Hi All,

We have a problem in our production environment in 8.2.1.0 version.

we are getting connectivity problems with broker very frequently :

[TNS.0000.2073I] Inserting doc 6o2pgr00akuctpvc0001qkrv into data store.[ISS.0098.0036E] DefaultProducer encountered Transport Exception: com.wm.app.b2b.server.dispatcher.exceptions.EndpointUnavailableException: [ISS.0098.9014] BrokerException: Timeout (112-1450): The request timed out.

while executing trigger. Unable to ack Document for TriggerStore:wm.prt.status:controlTrigger.

In the myWebmethods server, the broker seems to work fine. We can see connected clients, broker name, etc.

Note: Integration Server and broker are running on same box and myWebmethods server is working other
box.

Hi Krishna,

Did you analysed log/threads during error generation time?
Most of the time I have seen similar error generates when there is load on server .
