Configuring oracle Apps adapter in IS4.6

Installed the OracleApps Adapter successfully and trying to add an instance.

From IS Administrator > Oracle Apps> Instance Management> Add New Instance screen
The loaded driver list does not show oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver entry to pickup.

Help!

what is the next procedure after you create the instance,
i am working on the same ,i have created the instance what are the next steps to be done …thanx in advance…
