Choosing the Service to Receive the Flat File problem

I follow the Choosing the Service to Receive the Flat File of ISFlatFileSchemaGuide to implement a flow service.
But it did not run well.
I had add a “ffdata” object type but I trace the pipeline that “ffdata” is a string type after I submit a flat file via FTP or HTTP.
It can be convert to IData by convertTovalues well.
Please tell me how to solve it.
