Can we execute Crystal Report rpt file from webmethods service

I have a requirement to execute an existing rpt file by passing parameters from webMethods service. Is this possible to do in webmthods

yes, this should be possible, but you will have to do some custom coding as there are no Built-In Services available to do so.

Yes…Can you go with Command line execution from wM service to call that report file on assuming it on windows? Pls check this option as well.

Hi,

in this case there is a Built-In Service available: executeOSCommand.
See IS Built-In Services Reference for further informations.
Remember to modify WmPublic/config/OSCommands.cnf accordingly and reload the WmPublic package afterwards.
