in 2024 change logs it is written:
“This feature is in Public Preview, that is, it is not enabled by default and maybe subject to change in the future.”
How can I enable latest measurement values on device managed objects?

Hi,
you can enable it via tenant-options, see here: Managing data - Cumulocity IoT documentation. I had tested it on eu-latest, it worked fine.
Don’t overlook that you’ll also have to add withLatestValues=true to your GET request in the inventory API, otherwise it is not shown (can also be seen in above link).
