If one document(guaranted/volatile) is published to the broker, than what all the physical locations that the document will be placed while it is in the process of reaching to the subscriber…

IS Outbound Document Store
Trigger Document Store
Broker Guaranteed Store
But it depends whether they are physical or in memory and also on which kind of publish mode and document type you are using.
