How do I create a service (flow or java) to check the pending messages, last published timestamp, trigger is enabled or not?
Please suggest any API or built in service which has this capability.
You can go thru any of these docs for broker APIs:

You can also look at some services in wm.broker.admin that are used by the BrokerAdmin page but be carefull while using them.
