BAM Server: : Some data may not be available

In WM6.5
BAM Server: : Some data may not be available
I can see process from Modeler of IS

In my webMethods User, in the config screen says, I have the message
BAM Server: : Some data may not be available
I have started the data handler and controller services - they start ok.
The satellite starts ok but it says it cannot find the HTTP server port.
Is there any config to do in the conf folders of optimize ?
What has to be configured so that BAM can be seen in My webMethods portal (v6.5.1)
If anybody can help .
